At the age of 15, Jennifer Smart is on her way to becoming a media mogul... She puts people at ease with a quick smile and professional manner that has celebrities like Miley Cyrus, Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld, Mike Myers and Keira Knightley eager to talk with her.Jennifer began her career in broadcasting when she was just six years old, as the youngest nationally-syndicated talk radio host in the US. Over five years, she was heard weekly on the Family Tech Show, the Smart Family Show, and Online Tonight. In 2005, she began talking to stars on the red carpet at Hollywood movie premieres, and has interviewed more celebrities and industry insiders than anyone else her age. She's the only child to broadcast live from E3, the All Candy Expo, and four consecutive Consumer Electronics Shows. Home schooled since kindergarten, Jennifer spent 2007 touring the US, broadcasting from a different theme park, historical landmark or tourist destination each week.Jennifer has her own music format for tweens and teens, called JENNiRADIO, featuring age-appropriate music and exclusive content like celebrity interviews, DVD and web site reviews. Originally heard online, it was officially launched at the 2009 NAB Show, making it available to radio stations across the country.Her first two feature films, The Haunting of Winchester House and Meteor Apocalypse, are now available on DVD. She has a number of other film and TV projects in the works.In 2009, Jennifer started her own 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Jennifer Smart Foundation. In 2010, the foundation purchased AM 1240, the former Radio Disney station in Albuquerque, NM. It now airs JENNiRADIO.In 2012, the foundation began offering the Find Your Voice program to kids in the Albuquerque area. The program, which helps improve communications skills and self esteem while kids have fun putting together their own radio show, will soon be available in the Los Angeles area. Jen is seeking supporters to help build the new center in Southern California, which will also include video.In her spare time, Jennifer is working toward her black belt in karate, as well as learning guitar and enjoying photography. This fall she will be a senior in high school, one to two years ahead of other students her age.
