JEFF BIEDERMAN is an award winning television showrunner writer and producer. Jeff was the showrunner for Second Jen for City TV and was a showrunner for two seasons of Spun Out, a multi-camera sitcom he co-created for CTV, starring Dave Foley. The show received a CSA nomination for Best Comedy Series. Jeff has story edited over 250 episodes of television and was a writer and producer for 70 episodes of Life With Derek, winning a WGC Award for Best Youth Writing, a Gemini Nomination for Best Writing, and a Gemini for Best Youth Series. Jeff's first showrunning job was on the comedy series Overruled!, a series he co-created. This series ran for 3 seasons and won the Gemini for Best Youth Series. Recently Jeff was a story editor and writer for 52 episodes of Pikwik Pack, an animated series for Disney and is currently developing Life With Luca, a spinoff of Life With Derek with Shaftesbury Kids. When not making television, Jeff can be found watching television with his wife and two children in Toronto.
