Jared Melei

Jared Melei was born on Feb 21, 1984 in USA. Jared Melei's big-screen debut came with Blades of Glory directed by Josh Gordon in 2006, strarring Stockholm Off-Ice Skater (uncredited). Jared Melei is known for Confession directed by Meridian Leigh, Scott Bailey stars as The Date and Maurice Benard as Mitch. The upcoming new movie Jared Melei plays is Confession which will be released on Jul 02, 2010.

Jared began his formal training at the Boston School of the Arts where he acted in several stage productions while studying within the school. Prior to the formal classroom Jared produced his own shows for his high school, they were sketch comedies much in the style of Saturday Night Live with musical acts, dance numbers and comedy skits with Jared hosting and performing. It was shortly after concluding an independent stage production at the Trinity Reportory in RI that Jared decided that to grow as an actor he needed to make the move. Upon his arrival in California Jared was introduced to his first manager who helped in the transition and got him his first major project, a pilot entitled Happy Hour which only saw a short span of airtime before before canceled. Since then Jared has studied with Brian Reise and at the Howard Fine studios. Also, he has booked roles in Blades of Glory, Havoc 2: Normal Adolescent Behavior, Spring Breakdown, Confessions and Happiness Runs. Jared in constantly trying to grow as an actor and in return is obtaining more recognition and more work.
