Janessa Victoria Elizabeth Ray was born in Southern California on October 10, 1984, raised in a middle class European family. Growing up with one sister, she spent her time dancing, acting, singing and playing "Ladies" with her sister.At the age of 5 a shy Janessa began to show interest in dancing and acting. It did not tale long for Janessa land her first principal role on The Kidsongs TV Show. Thereafter she appeared in several National commercials and became a member of S.A.G. and A.F.T.R.A. at the tender age a 7. She appeared as a featured lead on Dame Edna's Hollywood Mega star special on NBC where she had the privilege of working with Ringo Starr, Robin Williams and Barry Humphries to name a few. She later performed on the 64th Academy Awards, Star Search with Ed McMahon and performed with The Rockettes at the "Radio City Music Hall"Janessa (who is trained in classical ballet) began to pursue her dance career and danced professionally appearing as a guest artist for various projects and performed as a soloist for The Glory of Christmas and The Glory of Easter Productions wile simultaneously holding the position of Assistant to the Director of Choreography.
