James Denzer was born on the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii to Nick and Amy Denzer. Nick, a general contractor and carpenter, built the family home while Amy taught at Haleiwa Elementary School. His two younger siblings, Robinson and Maria, are both pursuing careers in dance.James graduated with the third Ensemble of the Tom Todoroff Conservatory where he developed an affinity for Shakespeare and classical theatre. Major credits include leading roles in three world premiere plays in NYC, a national tour, a principal role in the educational series "Smart Squad", and principal roles in music videos by State Champs (AMP Music Video of the Year) and The Morning Yells.James currently resides in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
