Jacques Loeuille, born in 1983, studied at l'Ecole des beaux-arts de Nantes in France and he received the Congratulations of the Jury for his work in 2006. He went on to study at the Mel Hoppenheim School at Cinema of Concordia University (Montreal, Canada), before completing the famous French post-degree of l'Ecole des beaux-arts de Lyon. In 2010, he reached Le Fresnoy Studio National des Arts Contemporains and he received the Congratulations of the Jury for his video film exhibition Roadside Attractions (2011, 75 min). Since 2011, he has worked on documentary film projects, which have been exhibited in galleries, art centers and museums in France and abroad. He has also participated in art residence programs, collective exhibitions, and film festivals. He has also directed audiovisual projects for television, such as Marguerite Yourcenar, Alchimie du paysage, (documentary, 52 minutes, 2014), and an advertising campaign for the producer of the AOP Swiss cheese broadcast in 2014 on all major French television channels. And Since 2012, he has been teaching Cinema and Photography at la Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium).Jacques Loeuille is currently directing documentaries for European televisions.
