Henrique Gomes was born on Jun 16, 1979 in Portugal. Henrique Gomes's big-screen debut came with Amália directed by Carlos Coelho da Silva in 2008, strarring convidado Festa (uncredited).

Born in Lisbon, began his acting experience in 2001, in the Portuguese version of "Reservoir Dogs", adapted by Luís Filipe Borges, which opened in Teatro Taborda, one the oldest theaters in the Portuguese Capital. Since then, has worked with several Portuguese theatre directors as Filipe Crawford, José Boavida, José Cardoso, Luís Pacheco and Rui Quintas.He studied with Aloysio Filho, Antonio Feio, John Mowat, Katrien Van Beurden, Luis Madureira, Marcia Haupfrecht, Marta Carreiras, Micaela Miranda, Miguel Seabra, Rui de Luna, and between 2014 and 2017 attended the "John Frey Studio for Actors", where he developed and deepened the Meisner Technique.In 2014, he attended the "Brief Staging Seminar" given by the Portuguese Theatre Company United Artists (António Simão), after which he gave staging assistance to the Director Lília Lopes, and more recently, to Peter Kleinert in the Brecht's play "The Good Soul of Se-Chuan", at the Joaquim Benite Municipal Theater in Almada, in 2018.In Cinema he has worked with the directors Luís Ismael, Valeria Sarmiento, Tiago Guedes, Mário Barroso, João Mário Grilo, and usually stares in short films in collaboration with several cinema schools, as Lusófona University, WorldAcademy, School of Social Communication, ETIC and ESTC. In television, he has worked in soap operas and in series, with several production companies as SP Productions, Plural productions and Until the end of the world.He intends to get his Master degree in Performing Arts at the School of Theater and Cinema at the end of 2020.
