Born in Central Pennsylvania, Hal Cramer was raised on The Simpsons, Homestar Runner, & Kevin Smith. Coupled with an interest in Film, he completed a Film Degree at Hofstra in 2007, and promptly directed and wrote his first feature, "Nowhere, PA" in 2008.After directing shorts the next few years, he relocated to Los Angeles from 2011 - 2014, where he worked primarily in Reality TV, but also did work on the films "Hercules," "The Walk," and the TV Series "Under The Dome" & "Extant."He relocated back to Harrisburg, PA in 2014, and is currently a Producer at PBS. He premiered his second feature, "Pretendagers" in December 2015.
