Gary Chase began playing drums at 4, was touring professionally at 14 as a featured soloist with the Craig Hundley Trio opening for Kenny Rogers, Johnny Mathis, Steve & Eydie, Bill Cosby & others. His private music studies with LA industry professionals lead him into music arranging & engineering after 20 years of playing concerts & clubs. He worked staff at The Enterprise Studios in the 80s, with Craig Huxley, Jerrold Immel, David Shire, Paul Chihara & Nathan Wang producing additional music for film & TV using Synclavier & sample-based instruments. He has worked on hundreds of TV & film projects arranging, orchestrating, ghost writing, and producing final mixes, sometimes from only a piano sketch. His DAW of choice is MOTU Digital Performer.
