Fulvio Sestito started his storytelling career at a very young age. He studied directing in his native city of Rome, Italy, then moved to Los Angeles to study film at UCLA. Fulvio's thesis epic short "The Showdown" has been showcased at over 40 film festivals worldwide and has won numerous awards including the "Award for Filmmaking Excellence" at the prestigious Baseball Hall of Fame. In 2005 Fulvio and his brother Antony co-founded ExP Films USA, a production, post-production, and visual effects boutique studio in Los Angeles. The company has since produced numerous commercials, music videos, sports events, and narrative projects.On the technology side, Fulvio, who has always been passionate about exploring pioneering expressions of visual storytelling, has collaborated with Guillermo Del Toro's Mirada Studio to create virtual production and visualization for high-end commercials for clients such as Mazda, Disney, and Under Armor. He has later teamed up over several years with director Tim Miller (Deadpool) and Blur Studios to create advanced previsualization and virtual production for features such as Deadpool 2 and Terminator Dark Fate. With Blur Studio Fulvio has also helped create hyper realistic cinematics for top grossing AAA game franchises like Halo, Assassins Creed, League of Legend, and Elder Scrolls.The sci-fi/thriller "Beyond the Sky" starring, Peter Stormare (Fargo), Dee Wallace (E.T.), Martin Sensmeier (Magnificent Seven), Jordan Hinson (Eureka) and Ryan Carnes (Letters from Iwo Jima), marks his feature directorial debut. The film has been distributed in Theaters, Digital and VOD by RLJE Films and Highland Film Group.In 2020 Fulvio re-branded his production and technology company, relaunching it as Realdream Studio. The company teamed-up with serial entrepreneur and executive producer Nathanael Eisenberg, to create an extensive branding and marketing campaign for clients Codeage and Spacelens. For the project, Fulvio teamed again with friend and actor Peter Stormare (Fargo), to direct several branded films generating millions of views on social media platforms.Helmed by Creative Director Fulvio Sestito, Realdream Studio produces high-end real-time visualization, virtual production, and digital content blurring the lines between technology, games, and narrative storytelling. The company has offices in Los Angeles and Rome, Italy.
