Eric spent several years on a small Midwestern farm, where he turned to his imagination for entertainment and adventure. He attended multiple colleges and universities from in an attempt to complete a B.A. in Theatrical Arts. That never happened. During that time he moved around all over the country in search of paying theatre and film roles. He started landing regular regional commercial adds in Austin and San Antonio, Texas and was regularly hired to perform work as an extra. In 2010 he wrote, directed, and produced his first feature length independent film under the banner of his entertainment company Operative Entertainment. Eric finally obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2011 and a Master of Criminal Justice degree in 2014. In 2015, Eric began work on a PhD in Criminal Justice. He is the creator of the independent comic book "Special Missions Unit: Algonquin" (aka Algonquin); as well as a novelist, playwright, and published criminal justice scholar.
