Wen she was one year old her family moved to Sarasota, Florida, where she grew up. As a young girl she enjoyed dancing and acting, which eventually led to her enrolling at a performing arts high school. After graduating high school, Starr moved to Las Vegas, where she attended college and began stripping to pay for her tuition.
