Dulcina de Moraes was born on Feb 03, 1908 in Brazil. Dulcina de Moraes's big-screen debut came with 24 Horas de Sonho directed by Chianca de Garcia in 1941.

Moraes was born during a tour of the theater company in which her parents were performing, and her name was a tribute to her maternal grandmother 'Dulcina de Los Rios Vallina', also an actress. At only a month old, she was already on stage, replacing a doll in a crib used in a play.
