Desmond was born and raised in southern Maryland. He became actively involved in drama club in high school and continued on with local youth summer-stock productions and community theater upon graduation.At the age of 19, Desmond began working in live entertainment, spending the next 6 years performing in theme park shows and dinner theater, domestically and abroad.Pursuing film full time, Desmond spent the next several years in both Austin, TX as well as New York City and Los Angeles.Since the covid19 pandemic has taken a break from performing and transitioned into more behind the scenes creative works.
