David Scharschmidt

David Scharschmidt was born on Jun 02, 1982 in German Democratic Republic. David Scharschmidt's big-screen debut came with Zombies from Outer Space directed by Martin Faltermeier in 2012, strarring Private Jimmy Anderson.

David started modeling when he was only 5 years old. In High School he got himself an acting coach and starred in several theater play productions, which led to many auditions and small roles on TV shows. After he finished school, David moved to America to attend the prestigious State University of New York, from which he graduated with a degree in acting and singing in 2007. Ever since, David has appeared in over 20 movies, TV shows, commercials & plays. He is best known for playing Private Jimmy Anderson in the award winning cult horror film Zombies From Outer Space. After living & working in Los Angeles for 7 years, David moved back to Germany and is now residing close to Berlin to concentrate on his acting career in Europe.
