Daniel O'Neill is a British born Martial Arts Action Actor, known mainly for his role as 'Dan' in Bangkok Adrenaline and for his role as the Fixer in the movie 'Fixer'. After watching many Hong Kong action movies as a child, Daniel became very fond of Jackie Chan and saw him as a role model. Daniel then started training in Taekwondo and Acrobatics at the age of 14, he pushed himself to the limit with exhausting training sessions that would last for many hours everyday. He made a name for himself in the Taekwondo world as a 'Super Kicker' and won many competitions including the British championships. Living in the UK and performing in shows and corporate events didn't quite satisfy Daniel's hunger to express his art, so, on his nineteenth birthday he bought a ticket that would change the rest of his life. With little more than a few hundred pounds to his name, he left for Hong Kong to work among his idols in the Martial Arts action cinema industry. Daniel soon started auditioning for action movies and began working with Hong Kong stunt men, this was where his style really started to take shape. Daniel developed his style by incorporating his Taekwondo with Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, Free Running, Fight Choreography, Stunts falls and Break Dancing. Daniel soon made a name for himself and before long he had worked with some of Hong Kong's finest, including Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen and Sammo Hung. In 2002 Daniel got a chance to do a live audition in front of Donnie Yen for the movie 'Twins Effect', where they were looking for a western stunt actor to fight Jackie Chan. Donnie Yen was instantly impressed with Daniel and got him on board immediately, this is where Daniel's dreams came true and he had one on one fight scene with Jackie Chan. Daniel was also booking a lot of modeling jobs and commercials. It became obvious that he had the skills and looks needed to further his career so he branched out into Acting. Daniel relocated to Bangkok, a place where they love action movies. It was an interesting paradise for him, a place where he could continue to develop his unique fighting style and also work as a Model, Actor, Stuntman and Dancer. Before long Daniel received a call to cast for the action movie Bangkok Adrenaline. Daniel became the first 'white guy' to play the lead role in Asian action movie history, in which he truly expresses his art both in front of the camera and behind, officially putting a stamp on the Martial Arts action movie industry internationally.
