Christian Payton was born on Dec 24, 1965 in USA. Christian Payton's big-screen debut came with To Sir, with Love II directed by Peter Bogdanovich in 1996, strarring Wilsie Carrouthers. Christian Payton is known for The Temptations directed by Allan Arkush, Charles Malik Whitfield stars as Otis Williams and D.B. Woodside as Melvin Franklin. The upcoming new tvshow Christian Payton plays is The Temptations - Season 1 which will be released on Nov 01, 1998.

Christian Payton was drawn to the Industry at an early age, appearing in numerous plays and musicals in schools and his community from the age of 12, adding commercials, voice-overs and movies later. When asked why he chose this path, he said it was necessary for his survival at times. He also helps youth mentoring programs and visits inner city schools to help kids who may be at risk, find the courage to overcome their obstacles. He is writing a book about his remarkable journey.
