One highlight, for example, is his role as the wrestling referee in Schooly D.'s music video of 1988, "No More Rock & Roll". He studied acting technique with Dorothy Dorff at the HB Studio in New York City. He also studied improvisation, comedy, acting and voice with Lillyan Pape. Charlie is currently retired and lives with his son in Bethpage, Long Island, New York.
