He was born in Ankara in 1941. He studied Turkish Law. He made his first movie in 1967. In 1971 he made a movie called Ceko (Turkish western). It was a hit in Anatolia. He made a lot of Turkish erotic movies as "Ah ne adem dilli badem". After erotic movies he decided to make action movies. He made a lot of low budget movies as "Vahsi Kan, The man who saves the world". He tried also to make a social movie called "Bizim Mahalle". But it was a not a succes for him. He is still one of the best turkish cult movie director. After the end of his cinema carier he directed tv productions as "Cilgin Bedis" in Turkey. He is still directing tv productions in Turkey. He is famous because of his unforgettable Turkish cult movie called "The man who saves the world" with Cuney Arkin. His movies are still available at Turkish videstores in Germany, but not anymore in Turkey (it was never available in Turkey, because his movies released in small cinemas).
