Carlos was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. After graduating from Long Beach State with degrees in Civil Engineering, he proceeded to work as an Engineer. But, his imagination and creativity brought him back to his first passion - telling stories. He embarked on the path of pursuing the art and craft of screenwriting. He has completed several screenplay assignments for Los Angeles and New York-based Producers, written numerous spec feature scripts, spec television scripts, along with many short scripts. He sold his first spec feature script, "Grave Desperation" to an indie production company.
