Bonginhlanhla Ncube, a.k.a, Mr. B. is a creative entrepreneur and a film Director, Producer, Series Creator and Corporate storyteller of note. He received his training under North American based film guru, Peter D. Marshall.In 2010, his first short film, "Wrong Call", won Best Producing in a 48 HFP (Hour Film Project) contest in Johannesburg. In 2011, he Produced and Directed his first feature film, titled "48". The film 48 was commissioned by South Africa's then new Mnet channel Mzansi Magic. The film scooped several international awards including the "Aloha Accolade 2012" at the Honolulu Film Awards, Hawaii, USA. The film received 3 academy nominations at the AMAAs (African Movie Academy Awards) held in Lagos 2012 and a Hollywood premiere at the Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) in 2012.In 2016, he Produced and Directed his first cinema release film, "Safe Bet". Safe bet amassed 7 international film awards including a special recognition from the Carlifornia State Assembly after winning Best Film in San Francisco's Silicon Valley African Film Festival (SVAFF). In 2018, he released his first co-produced TV series "Colours", a Botswana Television commissioned series which he created and Directed all 26 episodes of the pilot season.
