Bobby was born in Rochester, New York and moved with his family to Margate, Florida, a suburb of Pompano Beach at the age of seven. He was very involved in school and extra-curricular activities; having the rare honor of being inducted into, "Who's Who Among American High School Students."He attended Cornell for two years and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.S. in Communications. His first real job was at WCIX Channel 6, in Miami, as a video editor in the sports department. He went on to work as a news editor, producer and part-time reporter at WPEC TV 12. He's interviewed the likes of Sugar Ray Leonard, Billy Jean King, the N.Y. Yankees and the rock group, Kiss.He sold his first jokes to comedian/impressionist Fred Travalena while at TV 12. He won "The Gator Laugh-Off" stand-up competition sponsored by a South Florida radio station and soon moved to the Midwest to work in radio as a morning show personality. While at KJEZ, "The New Z-95", Bobby showcased his comedic chops with the #1 morning show, "Mr. Robby in the Morning". After two years on the air and a few "Silver Microphone Awards" under his belt, Bobby headed out West to pursue his stand-up comedy and acting career. He's appeared on Comedy Central, "E" and The Style Network as well as independent film.
