Biswapati Sarkar

Biswapati Sarkar was born on Sep 22, 1988 in India. Biswapati Sarkar's big-screen debut came with Shuruaat Ka Interval directed by Aarti S. Bagdi in 2014. Biswapati Sarkar is known for Home Shanti directed by Aakanksha Dua, Supriya Pathak stars as Sarla Joshi and Manoj Pahwa as Umesh Joshi. The most recent award Biswapati Sarkar achieved is GQ Men of the Year Awards. The upcoming new movie Biswapati Sarkar plays is Jaadugar which will be released on Jul 15, 2022.

Having co-founded Posham Pa Pictures with Sameer Saxena, Amit Golani and Saurabh Khanna, Biswapati Sarkar became a producer with Home Shanti (2022) and Jaadugar (2022). He was also the writer for the latter. A TVF alumnus, he has also written Permanent Roommates, Pitchers, Bisht Please, Chai Sutta Chronicles, The Making Of, Aadha 24 and several early Qtiyapa sketches. He also acted in several feature films and shows, most known for his performances in Barely Speaking with Arnub and Panchayat.
