Ava Vincent was born Jeweliette Valmont September 29th, 1975 in Sacramento, Ca. She grew up in the small town of French Camp and attended East Union High School where she was a cheerleader. Jeweliette graduated San Joaquin Delta College with a degree in theatre arts. Valmont worked as a clerk in an adult book store in Sacramento, California prior to her involvement in the porn industry. Jewel first began performing in explicit hardcore movies in the late 1990's.
