In addition, she serves Towne Street Theater, a predominantly African American non-profit theater company as a writer and performer. Her holiday comedy 'Twas the Flight Before Christmas premiered at the Stella Adler Theater in December 2019 to a sold-out audience. Alisa Murray was recently seen on HBO's Insecure, season 4, and works as a Director's assistant on various projects including American Refugee set to premiere on Epix in December. Her next project will be writing & producing a modern musical series called Vintage Love.
