Alex Dittmer

Alex Dittmer was born on May 07, 1965 in USA. Alex Dittmer's big-screen debut came with The Widow and Judge directed by Thomas Purifoy in 2007, strarring Bailiff.

Alex Dittmer is one of 8 siblings born to Richard and Ramona Dittmer. Inspired by his brothers and sisters work in their High School shows, Alex was bitten with the acting bug at an early age. He has been seen onstage though out the Midwest as well as many industrial and short indy films. He played a supporting role in the award winning short The Vacation and continues to work. He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and received his Bachelors Degree and continued his education receiving his Masters of Fine Arts degree in Acting from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He has performed at the famed Apollo Theatre in Harlem, the Tony Award winning Cincinnati Playhouse, Sons D'hiver in Paris 2010 with the premier of Melvin Van Peebles live musical staging of Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song (1971).
