Alessandra Sublet was born in Lyon, the daughter of Joël Sublet, a former soccer player member of the Olympique Lyonnais. She studied communication and audiovisual at the ISCPA (Institut Supérieur de la Communication, de la Presse et de l'Audiovisuel) of Lyon. She began her career in 1997 as a radio host on Radio Nostalgie before moving to New York and joining the channel MTV. At her return to France, she joined Radio Nova in 2000 and Radio FG in 2003.
