The Countdown (2010)

A large, ominous clock looms as Bill and Sam prepare another body to be harvested, another mundane day, another dead body... Except one thing, this one's different, it has a pulse. Time is now their enemy as it counts down to the grim realization that one body must always exit the room expired.
